Reservation Policies

All room rates include full breakfast. Rates shown are based on single or double occupancy. Government taxes are not included in the rates. Discount with more than 5 days stay depending on dates. At the present time the San Rafael Hotel is not able to accommodate children under the age of 12 years.

Cancellation Policies

7 days prior to your arrival no charge, if you cancel after the 7 days we will try to sell it, if we cannot sell it, the hotel will charge the first night to your credit card.

Weekday and Weekend Reservations

• 2 nights minimum stay requirement during weekends from Nov. 1 to April 15
• Weekend reservations for 1 night are accepted within 2 weeks of arrival, based upon availability
• 1 night deposit due within 1 week of making reservation
• Final payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival
• Cancellation 1 week or more days prior to reserved date at Hotel -- Full refund
• Cancellation less than 1 week prior to reserved date at Hotel -- Forfeit one night deposit unless the room is rebooked
• Group Bookings of 3 or more rooms subject to Peak Date Cancellation Policies

Peak Dates, Holidays & Special Events

• 3 or 4 nights minimum stay is required depending on the holiday
• 1 night non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of making reservation
• Final payment due 15 days prior to arrival at Hotel
• Cancellation 30 or more days prior to reservation at Hotel -- Forfeit 50% of payment
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to reservation at Hotel -- No refund
• Rates may vary during holidays or special events
